General Counsel
My client is a major aircraft lessor based in Dublin who is looking for a General Counsel.
Primary responsibilities will be to manage a global legal team in the delivery of in-house legal advice, management, guidance and support to the Company in the execution and administration of aircraft acquisitions and sales, aircraft operating leases, and associated finance transactions.
Skills & Experience:
- Law degree, with accreditation and license to practice in Ireland or England.
- Minimum 10 years PQE
- Aviation leasing and finance experience with a law firm or from an in-house aircraft leasing company.
