- Description
Our client is an American Software company and is a market leader in international ecommerce solutions. They are currently recruiting customer service agents for their offices in the Sandymount area. This successful candidate will be required to work the evening shift (4PM – 12am).
A day in the life of a customer service agent:- Interacting with client companies, international consumers and company vendors worldwide
- Providing a high level of customer support via emails and/or phone and ensuring that all customer queries are responded to in a timely and effective manner.
- Researching solutions
- Tracking and documenting the resolution process using their order management and support systems
- Raising and tracking inquiries with various vendors via a ticketing system
Qualifications:- 1+ year experience in a Customer Service role
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal is fundamental
- Must be a problem solver and multi-tasker
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be open to working evening/ late shifts
Annual Salary - €31,500
