Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a Robotics Team in Dublin. As the Senior Business Analyst, you'll be working with a newly established team that's working with Robotic Process Automation Technology to deliver transformation change to the business. This position will suit an experienced Business Analyst with a technical background who is excited about the latest technologies and a desire to progress in an environment with excellent prospects.

Responsibilities:


  • Complete technical infrastructure requirements.
  • Create automated solutions with innovative design principles and conventions.
  • Configure well-structured and maintainable workflow principles for automated processes.
  • Implement changes to existing processes and structures where needed.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve innovation issues on a daily basis.
  • Run and document pre-UAT phase tests, supporting the UAT team during process roll-outs.
  • Mentor other team members, providing guidance on delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with an innovations lab on cognitive technologies and deep analytics.

  • Requirements:


  • Demonstrated ability of delivery and support of Excel Macros, VB scripts or other configuration/scripting technology.
  • Knowledge of Business/Systems Analysis within a structured environment.
  • Ability to work in a structured and methodological approach.
  • Good communication skills, ability to present to non-technical audiences.
  • An understanding of workflow logic and business processes with respect to automated solutions.
  • Learn fast and transition from theory to practise quickly.
  • Logical troubleshooting/problem solving ability.

  • Self-motivated to deliver consistently high-quality work alone or as part of a team.
