Aircraft Leasing VP Legal (Singapore)
My client is a major aircraft lessor who is looking to expand their global legal team.
The VP Legal will assume a senior role on the Legal team, and will report to the General Counsel.
Primary responsibilities will be to deliver in-house legal advice, management, guidance and support to the Company in the execution and administration of aircraft acquisitions and sales, aircraft operating leases, and associated finance transactions.
Skills & Experience- Law degree, with accreditation and license to practice in Ireland or England.
- Minimum 5 years PQE with aviation leasing and finance experience with a law firm with an industry recognized aviation leasing and finance practice or from an in-house aircraft leasing company.
