Senior Analyst - Global eCommerce Company
Our client is a global leading in eCommerce based in Dublin who are looking for a Senior Analyst. As the Senior Analyst you'll work with a talented technical team to supports Telecommunications operations. This position would suit someone with Invoice/Accounts Payable experience in a busy environment.
Senior Analyst Responsibilities:
- Work on billing issues, chargebacks, accruals, invoicing and forecasting
- Collaborate with the Financial Account on Telecom expenses
- Manage Telecom Expense Management Partners
- Monitor toll usage and identify toll free incidents
- Manage Chargeback and Invoice Payment processes
- Interact with vendors and coordinate as required
What you'll need:
- 5+ years' experience in Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Expense Management, Accruals or Forecasting.
- Knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry an advantage
- Excellent customer-focused technical support experience
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
- An analytical skillset with attention to detail
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
This position is available on a rolling contract which can extend up to 18 months.
