Aircraft Leasing Corporate Finance Team Manager
A well established Aircraft Leasing client based in Dublin is looking for a Corporate Finance Team Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the corporate finance team, providing leadership on initiatives, process improvements, team strategy and projects
- Mentorship and development of team
- Overall responsibility for analysing, structuring and pricing transactions
- Provide input into cross functional teams across areas such as rick, commercial and credit
- Production of internal credit papers and presentations in relation to aircraft transactions
- Ongoing market analysis of potential airline customers
- Ensure strong relationships are built with key stakeholders; airlines, financiers, lessors
- Involvement in debt raising activities such as term sheet review and analysis
- Participation in portfolio management reporting and budgeting process
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree or financial qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the aircraft leasing/aviation industry is essential
- Previous experience leading a team is desirable
- Strong analytical ability
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel essential
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
