CEO (Aviation Engineering and Aircraft Technical Services)

My client is a part of a major Asian Aviation Engineering, CAMO and Lease Return companies. They are in the process of setting up an operation in Dublin and are looking for a CEO/SVP EMEA.

The business in Asia has a highly experienced team of aircraft engines inspectors, program managers and asset managers and is the leader in China in this field. The company provides advice and technical services in the areas of aircraft and engine asset management, transition management, CAMO and Aviation Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the strategic development of the expansion of the company in EMEA and into the US
• Develop all sales and marketing activities in EMEA/US
• Act as a primary commercial contact for the business in the region
• Advise the exec team in China on the long term marketing and business strategy
• Maintain current market knowledge regarding the current market trends
• Prepare commercial proposals, including detailed project planning with internal teams
• Developing pricing strategy for current and future products
• Coordinating, monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all sales activities and results.
• Overseeing the company's marketing & sales budget
• Recruit the team

Requirements:

• Degree in aircraft engineering, minimum Bachelors level or equivalent industry experience at a senior level
• Detailed knowledge of aircraft technical and engine technical statuses.
• Experience working with an OEM, aviation technical services company, operating lease
• company, airline or aircraft engineering
• Understanding of the leasing market combined with an ability to operate at a strategic level.
• Proven experience in establishing and managing a sales network in a region.
• Excellent reputation in the market.
