Aircraft Leasing VP Legal /Legal Counsel
My client is a major aircraft lessor who is looking for a Legal Counsel /VP Legal for their Hong Kong office.
Primary responsibilities will be to manage aircraft leasing transactions regarding the execution and administration of aircraft acquisitions and sales, aircraft operating leases, and associated finance transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapid growth lessor.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified solicitor, barrister or attorney
- Minimum 4 years PQE
- Extensive aviation leasing and finance experience with a law firm or from an in-house aircraft leasing company.
- Ability to travel
