Corporate Receptionist - Immediate Start
A corporate client in Dublin City Centre are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet any visitors to the office.
- Answering/screening and directing calls.
- Deal with all incoming enquiries.
- Schedule taxis, transport and car-parking services.
- Manage post and courier services.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate meeting rooms and ensure that they are prepared as needed.
- Ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Must be available to start immediately
- 1+ years' experience in a corporate environment
- Must have strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic and approachable personality.
- Fluent written and oral English
- Highly organised and proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
