Chinese Customer Support Agent - Late Shift
Our client is an American Software company and is a market leader in international e-Commerce solutions. They are currently recruiting customer support agent for their HQ in Blanchardstown. Our client is looking for dynamic Customer Care agent that speak Mandarin AND Cantonese to join their rapidly expanding company. This role will begin on a temporary contract and will involve working the late shift.
A day in the life of a customer service agent:- Interacting with client companies, international consumers and company vendors worldwide
- Providing a high level of customer support via emails ensuring that all customer queries are responded to in a timely and effective manner.
- Researching solutions
- Tracking and documenting the resolution process using their order management and support systems
- Raising and tracking inquiries with various vendors via a ticketing system
Qualifications:- 1+ years' experience in a Customer Service role
- Fluency in Cantonese AND Mandarin (will also be interested in Korean, Russian or Spanish speakers)
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal is fundamental
- Must have own transportation.
- Experience in eCommerce
- Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Must be a problem solver and multi-tasker
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be open to working one day at the weekend and working a late shift
