Instructional Designer: Global eCommerce Company
Our client is a global leading in eCommerce based in Dublin who are looking for a n Instructional Designer. As the Instructional Designer you'll work with a talented technical team to support the global learning team. This position would suit someone with experience in Instructional Design and multimedia, with a passionate for e-learning.
What you'll do:
- Design curriculums for an e-learning environment, creating graphical layouts, animations and videos.
- Work with professional design software to create.
- Lead high impact projects on a regional and global basis.
- Deliver a variety virtual training sessions on content including "train the trainer sessions"
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed with respect to guides and templates.
- Liaise with stakeholders and management on global project plans, ensuring consensus.
- Complete UAT sessions on e-learning products and provide feedback.
What you need:
- 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design role or similar.
- 1+ year working on virtual design, ideally within an e-learning environment.
- Strong Multimedia experience - creating and delivery a variety of content in a virtual environment.
- Ability to plan e-learning courses with clear, concise and engaging content.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, with knowledge of professional Design Software an advantage.
- Any experience in virtual platforms, simulation or game design an advantage.
This position is available on an initial 9 month contract with a view to extension/permanency.
