Team Administrator American eCommerce Company
As a Team Administrator you are expected to provide direct support to a small team of Directors in an eCommerce company. As an administrator to these directors you will be responsible for diary management and coordination across different time zones, administrative support, project management etc. This position is available on an initial 11 month contract with the possibility of extension.
What you will do:
- Executive Assistant to a team of directors in different time zones
- Advanced calendar scheduling
- Facilitate and preparing for meetings within different time zones
- Coordinating multiple schedules and agendas for a wider team
- Maintaining and tracking on - going reports, databases and the department websites
- Update and organise shared drives/files and organisational charts
- Managing all the travel arrangements including VISA and other documentations that are required
- Managing coordination's for employee recognition and reward programs
What you need:
2+ years' experience as a team coordinator or equivalent preferred
- Experience in supporting senior leadership
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to exercise judgement and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
