Sales Incentive Analyst - Contract
We are currently recruiting for a large multi-national organisation seeking a Sales Incentive Analyst for a 12-month contract.
The successful candidate will perform monthly, quarterly and annual calculations of sales compensation. Responsibilities will include overseeing, supporting and assessing compensation plans for the sales organisation working closely with business leadership teams and Remuneration and Benefits.
What you will do:
- Analyse compensation plans for the global organisation
- Drive resolutions that will minimise or eliminate manual processes during the plan pay-out and administrations.
- Look for opportunities for deceased redundancy in processing, in order to optimise the pay-out administration.
- Be able to develop and document procedures to streamline sales compensation systems and ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements.
- Have the ability to develop, maintain and update sale compensation systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of sales compensation metrics.
- Maintain business partnerships with Finance, Legal and sales leadership to ensure alignment of incentive compensation plans with organisational goals.
What you need:
- 5 + years' experience in developing, implementing or administering compensation programs and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related fields.
- Excellent Excel skills
- Extensive experience with SPM configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and calculations.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
- Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and financial management experience.
- Have previous experience in working with following platforms: Salesforce, IBM, Tableau or office products.
- Have the ability to define business requirements and provide detailed SPM functional designs.
This is a contract role, based in Dublin (North), with an annual salary up to €50,000.
