- Description
A major lessor in Dublin is recruiting a Contract Manager to join their team on a six-month fixed term contract with potential to become a longer term opportunity.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a global Contracts Management team for a leading aircraft leasing company.
Responsibilities:
- Upload lease contracts onto the company’s Contract Management System
- Ongoing management and upkeep of Contract Management System
- Ensure all transaction documents and relevant contract information is captured in electronic form and hard copies are filed and archived
- Provide reports and updates to internal departments and externally to customers and legal counsel on lease and transaction information
- Work with other departments to ensure all relevant information is provided for execution of lease terms
- Draft lease correspondence as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- 1-3 years’ experience in contracts or asset administration within the aircraft leasing industry or broader aviation industry
- Proven record working with databases and document management systems
- Experience running reports, updating presentations, advanced user of Microsoft Office
