Contract Manager - Aircraft Leasing
A high profile aircraft leasing company is looking for a Contract Manager to join their team in Dublin We are looking for a person with strong contract management experience to become part of a global Contracts Management department responsible for high value transactions with leading airline customers.
Contract Manager Responsibilities:- Responsible for monitoring lease compliance and execution of lease terms
- Work as part of a team to manage all aspects of lease contracts and debt facilities, taking responsibility for lease and loan obligations
- Manage relationships with airline customers and lenders
- Participate in the deal team process
- Responsible for the management of receivables, outstanding payments, and funds throughout the lease term
- Ensure all contract and lease documentation is captured and updated in the company's corporate management system (CMS)
- Draft and review lease documents ensuring all terms and conditions are set in LOIS
- Work closely with the legal team and technical teams; manage the team which deals with filing of original documents, ensuring that all technical details on each aircraft are kept up to date
- Ensuring compliance to SOX procedures
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 3+ years' relevant contract management experience
- Aircraft leasing experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
