HR Coordinator - Aircraft Leasing
We are currently recruiting a HR Coordinator for an Aircraft Leasing company in Dublin city-centre. As part of the HR team, you will assist with job advertising, training, inductions, recruitment administration etc. This person will be hired on a short-term contract. This is a great opportunity to join a hugely successful Aircraft Leasing firm in the city centre.
What you will be responsible for:
- General HR and Recruitment Administration
- Managing the company's website and LinkedIn page
- Job advertisements
- Interview Scheduling and tracking on systems
- Coordinating Training for staff
- Organising inductions
- Assisting HR Manager with coordination, administration and general ad hoc responsibilities.
What you need to have:
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- 1 + years experience in recruitment/HR
- Experience coordinating recruitment
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Dynamic self-starter with very strong initiative
