Mandarin speaking Office Manager
Our client, a Chinese a Financial Leasing company, are currently setting up an office in Dublin city centre and are looking to recruit a Mandarin speaking Office Manager to support their growing team.
Responsibilities:- First point of contact for all business enquiries
- Liaise with accounting on finance related issues
- Liaise with Head Office team in Shanghai
- Support the visit of international visitors
- Translation of certain materials
- Manage the on-boarding of all new employees
- Assisting to establish processes and procedures in a new office
- Assisting with the recruitment process (setting up interviews, screening CV's, issuing employment contracts, keeping HR records)
- Screening emails and phone calls, answering and transferring queries for the department
and managing the accruals process- Manage calendars and diaries - schedule meetings, appointments and book events
- Manage and organise flights, taxis, accommodation and parking, and other travel related duties
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Take minutes at meetings and ensure that all data is managed and recorded efficiently and accurately
- Manage documentation such as invoices of purchase orders, expense claims, etc.
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:- Must be highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Must be highly proficient in spoken and written Mandarin
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland without restriction (EU Passport holder of Stamp 4 visa)
- At least 2+ years' corporate administration experience (HR or finance experience an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and IT skills/tech savvy
- Highly professional and comfortable working with senior executives
- Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines
