Senior UI Engineer/Sketch/Angular/React
In partnership with a rapid growth client, we are looking for a Senior UI Engineer with experience of Sketch, Angular or React to join an Innovations team in Dublin. As the Senior UI Engineer, you'll get to work with the latest JS Frameworks in a truly cutting-edge environment. The position will suit an experienced UI Engineer with a passion for high-quality UX and exceptional knowledge of Sketch.
What you'll get to do:
- Developing and testing highly inactive and responsive front-end web applications and reusable components by using current web technologies and frameworks.
- Integrating data from various different back-end services and databases.
- Working within a high-performance scrum team and ensure a high quality of deliverables.
- Collaborating across design, engineering and product teams within an agile development environment.
- Design and build a cohesive visual language and UX style.
- Participating in ad-hoc design efforts that are related to branding and illustrations.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline.
- 4+ years' experience in web app design.
- 2+ years' experience in UX design.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, SASS, HTML, SQL and back-end technologies.
- Advanced experience with Angular or React
- Advanced experience with the programming languages i.e. PHP, JavaScript, Ruby or Rails.
- Exceptional knowledge of Sketch.
- Good knowledge of Software Development and source code version control systems, i.e. Gilt.
- Being able to manage SAML and OAuth authentication.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
