Corporate Receptionist/Office Coordinator- Aircraft Leasing

Our client is a leading Aircraft Leasing company with an office in Dublin City Centre. They are currently seeking a corporate receptionist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a rapid growth and highly successful city-centre based company. They are hiring this person on a temporary contract basis.

Responsibilities:


  • Meet and greet any visitors to the office.
  • Answer all incoming enquiries.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
  • Set up of new employee office space.
  • Maintain distribution and personnel lists.
  • Order all necessary office supplies.
  • Taking messages, manage a diary and forward calls and emails.
  • Schedule taxis, transport and car-parking services.
  • Manage post and courier services.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate meeting rooms and ensure that they are prepared as needed.
  • Ad hoc duties and providing assistance to other team members are required.

  • Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years' experience in reception/administration within a corporate organisation.
  • Experience in a high-pressure corporate client-facing setting.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and approachable personality.
  • Fluent written and oral English.
  • Highly organised and proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
