Corporate Receptionist/Office Coordinator- Aircraft Leasing
Our client is a leading Aircraft Leasing company with an office in Dublin City Centre. They are currently seeking a corporate receptionist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a rapid growth and highly successful city-centre based company. They are hiring this person on a temporary contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet any visitors to the office.
- Answer all incoming enquiries.
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Set up of new employee office space.
- Maintain distribution and personnel lists.
- Order all necessary office supplies.
- Taking messages, manage a diary and forward calls and emails.
- Schedule taxis, transport and car-parking services.
- Manage post and courier services.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate meeting rooms and ensure that they are prepared as needed.
- Ad hoc duties and providing assistance to other team members are required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 1+ years' experience in reception/administration within a corporate organisation.
- Experience in a high-pressure corporate client-facing setting.
- Strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and approachable personality.
- Fluent written and oral English.
- Highly organised and proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
