A rapidly growing software company located in the heart of Dublin city centre is looking for a Senior Channel Manager to join their expanding team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, measure, report and maintain Channel programs that achieve revenue growth and business unit level objectives
Develop and implement effective reseller recruitment strategy and marketing programs that create interest for companies to become reseller
Provide support to clients by developing business plans, expense budgeting and marketing plans alongside the Director of Sales and Account Executives
Analyse sales and industry trends and make appropriate recommendations to ensure long-term planning needs are met
Present products to resellers, master resellers, solutions providers and training partners to achieve targets and help drive sales
Analyse reseller capacity to pinpoint activities to match recruiting efforts.
Recruitment, onboarding and revenue generation through Managed Service Providers.
Create and conduct partner assessments including partner evaluation processes, quarterly and annual business reviews
Maintain regular interactions with the partner’s sales and sales management teams
Partner with Marketing team to ensure ongoing communication
Serves as relationship liaison and escalation path between the partners, sales, customer success, and other internal organizational departments
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in Channel Sales
Up to 40% travel required
Knowledge of Microsoft Systems
