A market leading aircraft leasing company is looking for a Transaction Counsel to join their Dublin and Hong Kong teams on a one year contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading lessor.
About my client:
My client is leading global aircraft leasing firm headquartered in Dublin. They have a strong and diversified fleet and have a very strong legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in contract negotiations with a variety of parties
- Overseeing the completion of documentation in a timely manner
- Manage transactions throughout all relevant stages
- Manage inputs from all departments in transaction negotiation and documentation
- Liaise with corporate service providers to establish and manage special purpose companies
- Provide input in transaction structuring process
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in aircraft leasing or aircraft financing
- Qualified solicitor or barrister or equivalent
- Experience managing and negotiating aircraft leasing transactions
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent transaction management skills
- Must be willing to travel internationally
