Aircraft Leasing Asset Manager
A fantastic opportunity to join an Aircraft Leasing company in Dublin city centre as part of the Finance & Risk team.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the Accounts Receivable function
- Ensure all Rent and Maintenance Reserve invoices are issued as per lease agreements
- Ensure all lease payments are recorded and all accounts reconciled
- Update the company's contract management system with all relevant contracts and documentation
- Develop and maintain relationships with airlines and clients
- Prepare various lease reports as required including monthly risk reports and monthly and quarterly financing reports
- Monitor receivables including following up on non-payments as required
- Provide lease information as required to other internal departments
Requirements:
- A university honours degree
- 2+ year's relevant work experience in Asset/Contract Management within leasing or aviation
- Advanced Excel skills essential
- Highly analytical
- Strong communications skills
