Senior Recruitment Manager - RPO


Our client, a global Recruitment Process Outsourcing organisation are currently looking for a Senior Manager to hold the key relationship and run a team dedicated to delivering talent solutions for a multinational organisation in Ireland.

Based in Dublin, the role holder would be responsible for the management of the day to day operational RPO solution delivery, including defining sourcing strategies, candidate delivery and placements based on specified KPIs, stakeholder management and operational people management.

Duties and responsibilities will include:


  • Leading a volume recruitment team (fixed and remote) focused on multilingual and international roles.
  • Managing team resources, setting team metrics, assigning individual tasks and responsibilities.
  • Fostering and encouraging the use of creative sourcing strategies to deliver against challenging and evolving client demands.
  • Holding the key client and stakeholder relationships (from hiring manager to senior level)
  • Developing proactive and accurate client reporting suite and regularly updating stakeholders (internal and external) around key metrics.
  • Providing accurate revenue and cost forecasts
  • Achieving / exceeding KPI and SLA targets.



  • It is anticipated that applicants can demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:


  • Background in managing a recruitment or talent acquisition team.
  • Experience in a high-volume and or multilingual focused environment
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Great relationship building skills
  • Expert in screening, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, mentoring, training and leading.
  • Strong technical appreciation of recruitment metrics, ATS and reporting tools.



  • This is a permanent role, based in Dublin (north), with a base salary in the range of €90 - 100k.
