HR Specialist - American Software Company
Our client is an American Software Company that is currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Specialist on a 6-month contract for their Dublin office.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as Point of Contact for inquiries for employees, managers and third parties
- Maintaining employee records, processes, HR transactions and provide HR data to Payroll
- Complete processes throughout the employee's lifecycle
- Improve processes, participate in projects etc.
- Supports the following processes: Background screening, onboarding, leave of absence, benefits, data management and Rewards
Requirements
- 3+ years HR experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Human Resources
- Strong Technical Aptitude, experience with HRIS such as Workday, Oracle or Peoplesoft
- Fluency in English (Fluency in German is a bonus)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
