Our client is a rapid-growth American Software company with an EMEA HQ in Dublin. They are currently seeking a German Technical Support exec, they require a talented technical support professional that is able to provide excellent support through different mediums. This company has a fantastic culture, this is a great opportunity to grown your customer support career in one of the most exciting Tech Companies in Dublin.
Your role as a Customer Support Advocate:
- Support customers and offer solutions to problems.
- Be a product expert and advocate.
- Have the intiative to suggest improvements.
- Drive Product change and improvement.
- Trouble-shoot and follow up on customer issues
- Escalate issues to the nect tier of support.
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
Requirements:
- 1 + years' experience in Technical Support
- Experience using social media or web-based software, including Twitter, Facebook and Google Apps.
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to communicate with your team and customers over the phone, email and face to face.
- Strong troubleshooting ability.
