Aircraft Leasing Deliveries Manager
We are recruiting a Deliveries Manager to join an Aircraft Leasing company located in Dublin. This Deliveries Manager position will be customer facing with responsibility for ensuring aircraft deliveries and transactions are closed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a cross functional deal team to ensure aircraft deliveries and sales transactions are successfully completed on schedule
- Work with senior management to implement process improvement strategies
- Negotiate and resolve any documentary, funding and closing matters on deals
- Become the point of contact for manufacturers, law firms and airlines on all delivery related matters
- Manage airline insurance reviews and renewals
- Present updates and provide insights on current deals to senior management
Requirements:
- Experience in Aviation Finance is essential, ideally within a contract management or deliveries role
- Aviation insurance experience desirable
- Proven track record working on aviation transaction projects, ideally with legal, insurance, deliveries or contract management experience
- Strong relationship management experience and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel, if necessary
