Part-Qualified Accountant (Aircraft Finance)
Our client is a world leading aircraft finance organisation based in Dublin. They are currently seeking a part-qualified Accountant with Accounts Receivable experience to join their team as part of their Accounting Department.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company with an increasingly global reach!
Responsibilities:
- Process all AR transactions, cash receipts and allocation, security deposits, billings, refunds, etc.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions and reconciliations processed by other team members
- Address queries and requirements of other departments, management and auditors
- Reconcile bank statements and AR accounts
- Ad hoc work
Requirements:
- Third level qualification in relevant finance related area
- Minimum 3 years' experience in AR - bank reconciliation, cash entries and allocation.
- Advanced Excel skills (will be tested)
- Experience of accounting / ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to make decisions
- Previous supervision/review and/or people management experience is a plus but not essential
