A market-leading technology company are looking for a HR director for a 12 to 18-month contract (base salary of 110-130k + strong benefits).
About my client:
My client is a global technology company in rapid growth mode. The contract begins in December and runs for 15 to 18 months.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR team which consists of between 5-10 people based globally.
- Push the company policies and culture.
- Someone who is commercially focused, knowledge in a range of business areas.
- Ability to solve issues quickly.
- Effectively communicate with team members and other staff in the business.
Requirements:
- Must have experience dealing with leadership and management.
- Global or multi-location people management a plus.
- Tech and sales experience are a major plus as they will be working in a fast-paced environment.
- Employee relations experience is a requirement and being able to manage a team dealing with day to day HR issues.
- Proven track record of HR management.
