Aircraft Records and Trading Manager
Our client an engine leasing company in Dublin is looking for an Aircraft Records and Trading Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible planning and implementing asset/records management procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, update and maintain database of market intelligence and maintenance costs in order to develop internal maintenance reserve rates
- Create, input and maintain asset data in the company's asset management software
- Ensure all vendor and manufacturer data access portals are managed correctly, as well as terms, training and account management is up to date
- Manage the annual aircraft audit and reporting process, ensuring the most efficient process is in place
- Assist and coordinate aircraft transition projects
- Processes and input all relevant aircraft documentation into the database
- Ensure all aircraft technical records are processed in line with deadlines and records packages are kept updated
- Assist with audits as required and ensure all utilization discrepancies are resolved and utilization reports updated
- Conduct due diligence reviews of records for prospective aircraft purchases
Requirements:
- Third level degree
- 3+ years' experience in a technical management role related to technical records
- Previous lessor experience desired
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail essential
- Prior experience using various contract management systems and databases
