- Description
A Dublin city centre-based aircraft leasing company is hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator to support their Procurement department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Certify all incoming invoices for purchase orders placed by the Procurement team
- Enter all invoices on the Accounts Payable System, ensuring all invoices are charged to the correct cost centre and ensure appropriate sign-off
- Receive and verify invoices and purchase orders
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Management of invoice dispute log
- Work with Managers to resolve and close disputed invoice issues
- Respond to supplier enquiries in a professional, efficient and timely manner
- Ensure all records are filed on a timely basis
- Ad-hoc projects as required
Skills and Knowledge:
- 1+ years’ experience working in Accounts Payable
- Aircraft leasing or aviation experience advantageous
- PC Literate with excellent MS office and MS Excel skills
- Experience processing international invoices in multi-currency
- Prioritising tasks and working to deadlines
