Senior Business Development Exec/Team Lead
Our client is an exciting software company with offices around Europe. They are currently recruiting a team lead for their Business Development Team based in Dublin City-Centre. They are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive sales development and team management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, Manage and train the business development team
- Liaise with Regional Sales Directors to define the best Go-To-Market Strategy
- Implement best practices
- Monitor team activity using Salesforce
- Collaborate with the field sales reps and generate your own opportunities
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a business development/lead generation/sales development role
- Experience selling to the UK/I market in the business software industry
- 1 year+ experience successfully building, managing, coaching and developing a business development team
- Proven track record of achievement
- Numbers driven and results oriented
- Knowledge in finance, marketing or sales functions
- Fluency in English (Fluency in Dutch or French is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/Commerce area
- Excellent sales, negotiation and mentoring skills
