Technical Pre-Sales Manager
An American payments software company with a new office in Dublin city centre, are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Manager to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will take ownership of key partners and clients in a consultative capacity, providing technical expertise and customer success management.
What you'll do
- Act as subject matter expert pre-sales role supporting the sales team
- Foster positive relationships with new and existing clients, becoming an advisor to them, driving adoption of the product and services
- Identify customer pain points/goals and devise strategies to help them overcome them/achieve them using the product and services, becoming a trusted strategic advisor
- Work with a range of internal stakeholders across the entire sales cycle, including product, business development, sales and support teams acting as the technical expert.
- Support the creation of customer proposals and business cases, ensuring products and services are delivered successfully to the customer
- Provide in life support and value added services to customers in life.
What you'll need
- Degree in computer science or related technical field
- 3+ years prior experience in similar role
- Experience working in the risk management/regulatory compliance an advantage
- Experience working with Mobile Network Operators also an advantage
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to communicate technical information to non-technical end users
- Understanding of the Authentication and identity service industry.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- Start-up mentality, with a flexible team player attitude and willingness to travel
