Dutch eCommerce Relationship Manager
A global ecommerce and digital marketing company is looking for a Dutch eCommerce relationship manager to join their fun and dynamic team.
What you'll do:- Manage existing users of the platform across Europe, along with attracting new users to the platform
- Build and maintain relationships with existing users, while simultaneously seeking out opportunities with new users across the region, that will increase revenue
- Successfully manage users, by providing strategic advice, insights and recommendation on an account by account basis
- Recognise opportunities for business development within existing accounts, in order to optimise the users experience
- Provide innovative business development solutions to attract new users at scale
- Manage a team of Account Executives, that supports the Account Manager targets, ensuring growth and retention of users
- Work effectively with an internal team of various stakeholders to ensure users' needs are met across the European market
- Measure and report the performance of all the account across your region
What you'll need- Native Dutch or Flemish with fluent English
- Bachelors in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred
- 5+ years' experience in Business Development, Account Management or Sales
- Track record of effective pipeline management and meeting and exceeding targets
- Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret data to inform decision making
