Our aircraft leasing client, based in Dublin city centre, is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their Finance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable workflow, ensuring all invoices are paid on time and recorded correctly in the accounts payable system.
Responsibilities:
- Process all invoices from receipt to payment of supplier
- Record all payments in the company’s system
- Management of invoice matching
- Assist with month end accruals, ensure outstanding payments have been recorded
- Point of contact for all supplier queries
- Perform cost code analysis
- Supplier relationship management
- Manage the approval of invoices process
- Prepare and process supplier and credit card payment runs
- Manage the VAT return process for multiple jurisdictions
Requirements:
- 2+ years Accounts Payable experience or trainee accountant/accounting technician
- Must have experience in high volume accounts payable department
- Attention to detail and strong numerical ability essential
- Previous experience in Sun Systems and WMS Sun Purchasing advantageous
