Accountant for successful city centre firm (ACCA)
We are currently recruiting for a successful Dublin based Accountancy firm, who are looking for an Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE to join a growing business and manage a team of up to 10 people. Your role will be integral to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the management team with budget and billing processes, ad-hoc consulting engagements.
- Taking the lead and directing all aspects of accounting and tax services.
- Assisting with the recruitment of new team members when it is required.
- Ensuring that personal and team deadlines are met.
- Keeping the firm and management team up to date with the current changes in accounts and tax.
- Being involved in the business development and client proposal delivery.
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Accountant, with at least 2 years Post Qualification Experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax.
- Experience in managing a team of qualified Accountants.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Experience with the following an advantage; NetSuite/Accounts IQ/Xero/Sage Line 50 or TaxPro.
