Our Dublin city centre based client is looking to fill a temporary Accounts Payable Administrator role.
You must be available to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Process all invoices from receipt to payment of supplier
- Record all payments in the company’s system
- Management of invoice matching
- Assist with month end accruals, ensure outstanding payments have been recorded
- Point of contact for all supplier queries
- Perform cost code analysis
- Supplier relationship management
- Manage the approval of invoices process
- Prepare and process supplier and credit card payment runs
- Manage the VAT return process for multiple jurisdictions
Requirements:
- 1+ years Accounts Payable experience or trainee accountant/accounting technician
- Must have experience in high volume accounts payable department
- Attention to detail and strong numerical ability essential
- Previous experience in Sun Systems advantageous
