Customer Service Representative - Immediate Interview

Our client is a rapid growth multinational compnay who is looking for a dynamic customer service representative, to join them for an initial short term contract with a view to permanency. The ideal person must be open to shift work which may include night shifts.

Responsibilities:

· Interacting with client companies and international customers worldwide.

· Responding to customers' inquiries in an efficient manner.

· Researching solutions by contacting the parties involved including logistics companies, payment companies and other external and/or internal groups.

· Tracking and documenting the resolution process using order management and support systems.

· Opening inquiries with various vendors using ticketing system and tracking the tickets to ensure responses.

· Communicating responses to clients and customers via e-mails and phone.

Requirements:

· 1 + years' experience in Customer Service/Support and Business to Business Support positions.

· Fluency in English.

· Experience in finance, e-commerce or online payments is preferred.

· An attention to detail with analytical and organizational skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

· Ability to multitask and slove problems independently.

· Must be skilled in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook.
