Norwegian Technical Support Agent
Our client is a leading global eCommerce company that is looking for Norwegian Technical Support agents to join their team in Dublin.
What you will do:
- Delivering excellent Technical Support to internal and external clients.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders in reviewing and building new processes.
- Developing and learning new skills that are to improve hardware, software, solution and networking knowledge.
- Being able to maintain a level of productivity based on the team and individual targets.
- Working with the Operations Managers and Customer Care teams on improving the efficiency of the business processes.
- You are responsible for your own development, and seeking out different opportunities for increasing your own knowledge.
- Ensuring that you meet customer needs and quality targets and service levels
- Dealing with all different levels of customer technical complaints or issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and at least Norwegian
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in Customer Support
- Previous Technical Support is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills are required and the ability to analyse and assess the options fully.
