Multilingual Customer Service Representative - 12 month contract - D15

Our client, a rapid growth multinational company, is looking for a dynamic customer service representative to join them for an initial 12 month contract with a view to permanency.

The ideal person should be fluent in one of the following languages; French, German, Spanish or Italian.

Responsibilities:

· Interacting with client companies and international customers worldwide.

· Responding to customers' inquiries in an efficient manner.

· Researching solutions by contacting the parties involved including logistics companies, payment companies and other external and/or internal groups.

· Tracking and documenting the resolution process using order management and support systems.

· Opening inquiries with various vendors using ticketing system and tracking the tickets to ensure responses.

· Communicating responses to clients and customers via e-mails and phone.

Requirements:

· At least 6 months in Customer Service/Support or Business to Business Support.

· Fluency in one of the following; French, German, Spanish or Italian and English.

· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are required.

· Must be skilled in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook.

There is a strong opportunity for the position to be made permanent.
