Aircraft Leasing Senior Contract Specialist - New York
My client is a major aircraft leasing company who is currently looking for a Senior Contract Specialist to join their New York office.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and review contracts with OEMs (Airframe and Engine OEMs)
- Liaise with different departments including OEM Teams, technical, capital markets and finance teams
- Draft and negotiate power by the hour agreements.
- Provide legal support for contracts with Engine and Airframe manufacturers
- Provide support to the Origination and Contracts teams
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing and negotiating contracts within the aviation/airline or aircraft leasing industries
- Excellent transaction management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel internationally
