Aircraft Leasing Technical Records & Audits Manager - APAC
An aircraft leasing client based in Singapore is recruiting a Technical Records & Audits Manager for their APAC Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, monitoring and execution of the technical records for both engines and aircraft.Responsibilities:
- Complete all aspects of both physical and records inspections of APAC fleet
- Review and verification of all aircraft and engine records
- Compilation and approval of Back to Birth trace packs
- Ongoing maintenance, approval and regular audit of the airframe and engine records in both electronic and hard copy formats
- Work with the technical team to ensure any missing records or discrepancies are remedied
- Ensure records compliance with all regulatory bodies
- Prepare inspection reports, technical specifications and all supporting documents for each inspection
- Liaison with third party providers as required
- Management and control of the ongoing technical administration requirements of the company
Requirements:
- Degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience within a similar role for a lessor, airline, MRO or OEM
- Available to travel up to 50% of the year at short notice
- Fluent in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Experience using Air Vault, Flydocs, STReam, Airbusworld and MyBoeing Fleet
- Strong technical records management experience
- Excellent computer skills, i.e. word, excel and PowerPoint
