Aircraft Leasing Legal Transaction Manager - Singapore
My client is currently looking for a Legal Transaction Manager, to join their team based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for the legal closing activities for aircraft leasing sale and purchase, aircraft financing and lease back transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage closings of aircraft sale/purchase, lease and relating financing transactions
- Draft, review and amend legal documents
- Liaise with internal and external legal counsels
- Efficiently file transaction documents and disburse originals
- Ad-hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- Third Level Qualification
- Fluent in English
- Experience working in an international environment
- Good analytical skills
- Previous experience within aviation is an advantage
- Fluent Mandarin is an advantage
