Aviation Technical Services Sales Manager
My client is part of a major Asian Aviation Engineering, CAMO and Lease Return company. They are currently setting up an operation in Dublin and are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing programmes and strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer base
- Assist in developing/implementing all sales and marketing activities
- Prepare commercial proposals for clients
- Achieve targets by securing new customers
- Achieve targets by increasing revenue from existing customer base
- Negotiation of commercial agreements in accordance with the company's guidelines
- Market research and review of competitor activity
- Help to coordinate, monitor, review and report on all sales activities and results
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree, preferable in aircraft engineering or equivalent industry experience
- 5-7 years' relevant sales experience
- Proven track record in business development with the aviation sector
- Experience working with an OEM, operating lease company, airline or aircraft engineering/aviation technical services company
- Proven experience in establishing and tracking a sales network
- Highly analytical and excellent Excel skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
