Russian Customer Advocate - EMEA HQ Dublin €28K
Our client is a rapid-growth American Software company with an EMEA HQ in Dublin. They are currently seeking a Russian speaking Customer Advocate. They require a talented technical support professional that is able to provide excellent support through different mediums. Your role as a Customer Advocate:
- Support customers and offer solutions to problems
- Be a product expert and advocate
- Have the initiative to suggest improvements
- Drive Product change and improvement
- Trouble-shoot and follow up on customer issues
- Escalate issues to the next tier of support
- Provide the highest level of customer service
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Technical Support and an affinity with SaaS tech
- Experience using social media or web-based software, including Twitter, Facebook and Google Apps
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Ability to communicate with your team and customers over the phone, email and face to face
- Strong troubleshooting ability
