Event Management Administrative Assistant
An award-winning lighting design practice based in Dublin 12, working in the entertainment, commercial and architectural lighting markets is seeking an Administration Assistant for a temporary position within the company.
This role will involve assisting the company managers and the design team with the day to day administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a number of projects for high profile clients and exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Update and revise various quotations & estimates for client approval
- Working as support to a motivated design and technical team
- Assist with the making of travel arrangements, booking of hotels, flights and compiling travel itineraries for the team for projects
- Compile and issue crew call sheets and project information sheets
- Answering and making phone calls / responding to emails/filing and general administration duties.
Requirements:
- Friendly, professional manner
- Qualification in event management or a similar field
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, innate flair for detail and accuracy
- Good typing skills/typing speed
- Proficient in Mac
- Display high levels of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast pacing environment, with the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Ability to manage own time, work independently with minimal supervision and to a high standard
