A Dublin 2 based boutique Recruitment agency has a vacancy for a HR Administrator/Researcher. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administration, recruitment database updating/maintenance and talent sourcing. You will work alongside two Recruitment Consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates using social media and internal recruitment database
- Formatting CVs and creating coversheets with excellent attention to detail
- Assisting in the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, creating shortlists, and scheduling interviews
- General office administration
- Managing internal database and phone system including acting as internal point of contact
Requirements:
- At least one years' strong administration experience.
- An interest in the recruitment/HR industry.
- Third level Diploma/Degree essential
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, databases, and IT.
- Self-motivated in searching, assessing and sourcing candidates from the recruitment database and other sources; such as LinkedIn
- Experience in working towards deadlines and targets
- Excellent attention to detail, with fluent spoken and written English
