A market-leading leasing company is looking for a Head of Ship Leasing in their office based in Beijing to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leasing company.
About my client:
My client is a global leasing company. They have a talented and high-performance workforce that is customer-focused and results-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the ship leasing department on all fronts (legal, technical, sales, finance, contracts, insurance etc).
- Maintain a good relationship with the board.
- Manage a large team across a wide range of functions.
- Communicate with deputy heads of departments and ensure that all functions of the business are running effectively.
- Ensure the management and expansion of the growing asset portfolio of the company.
- Lead the team effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate with board members regularly regarding the ship leasing department and any information which may be relevant to them.
Requirements:
- Wide range of relevant experience across all ship leasing and finance functions.
- Must have a large amount of experience in the world of ship leasing.
- Fluent Mandarin/Chinese is a prerequisite.
- Must show the ability to manage a team effectively.
