Customer Success (French) - EMEA HQ Dublin €35-40K
We are recruiting for a rapid growth cloud company (San Francisco headquartered) which recently set up an EMEA HQ in Dublin. They are looking for a user operations specialist with fluent French to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a product expert, providing support to customers (mainly email support)
- Provide qualitative and quantitative reports, helping the product team to enhance the product for the customers
- Help the whole user operations team to stay up to speed with product changes etc.
- Create content for the help guide for users.
Requirements:
- 2 years' customer support experience
- Affinity with tech
- Passion for customer support
- Excellent work ethic with strong initiative
- Prior B2B experience is desirable
- Fluency in English AND French is required
