Aircraft Leasing Powerplant Director
A major aircraft leasing client based in Dublin is looking for a Powerplant Director to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:- Management of a portfolio of engines
- Manage future maintenance events and forecast and plan appropriately
- Proactively manage OEM and 3rd party provider and airline maintenance department relationships
- Implement the annual audit programme
- Negotiate with OEMs and 3rd party providers and manage supplier relationships
- Review of lease agreements
- Define workscopes to meet contracted delivery conditions
- Management of maintenance reserve claims and relevant sign off
Requirements:- Bachelor degree in Aeronautical Engineering or licensed Aircraft Engineer
- 5+ years' relevant experience in a similar role
- Aircraft leasing experience preferred
- Extensive experience with commercial engines ideally GE/CFMI engines
- Proven track record analysing engine conditions, evaluating market pricing and providing relevant reports to senior management
- Knowledge of aircraft lease agreements
- Strong negotiation experience
