Workforce/Contact Centre Manager €100-120k
We are currently recruiting for a Workforce Manager/Contact Centre Manager to join our multinational company based in Dublin. They offer an market leading salary of up to 120K and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Being able to provide leadership, management and direction to the workforce team.
- Having to hire, train and set expectations and goals for the team, performing review and people development.
- Overseeing the team completing their objectives and identifying different methods and strategies.
- Ensuring the team providing the best customer service and teammate experience.
- Being in control of the relationship between the key stakeholders and the workforce team function.
- Being able to represent the team within the company and outside internationally
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that plans are balanced across customers, shareholders, and teammates
Job Requirements:
- Being able to understand the details of different business plans and performance.
- Having a broad working knowledge of different systems, tools and processes.
- Excellent analytics and presentation skills.
- Good decision-making capability.
- Being able to develop people's skills, experience and career progress
